All our activities are based on low cost in that we try to make them as affordable as we can. We try our best to ensure our programs are accessible to all and that cost is not a barrier. For more details on the individual prices of our courses and activities, contact us by phone or email.

We are open from 9- 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am-2 pm on Friday. We don't close for lunch

We are open and we are following all necessary guidelines provided by the government. We have all the necessary protocols in place to ensure those accessing our activities and programs are doing so safely.

The FRC is for everyone in the community - you, your friend, or your neighbour with particular focus on children and families.

We provide support to individuals and families living in Raphoe and the wider area, out to Convoy, Lifford and Newtowncunnigham.

The Family Resource Centre recognises that some people prefer to access supports outside their Community.
